Up and Up Festival

The Monster Energy Up & Up Festival is a pre-sale competition for students across the country to bring a top emerging artist to perform at their school. The Up & Up Festival series provides necessary resources for students to promote and produce a memorable concert experience on or near their campus—empowering them by fostering community at each event and cultivating a sense of ownership.

A space for arts business leaders to use their knowledge of management, marketing, promotion, community engagement, and audience development, finance, and beyond to promote and produce a nationally recognized music festival each year.

Making Up and Up Festival an organization at Miami will allow students to:

1. Create Miami University’s first student-run fine arts business organization
2. Give students the opportunity to create a national network of like-minded individuals  
3. Bring together the Miami student body and surrounding community to unify under a common goal
